Each student eligible for school bus transportation shall be assigned to a particular bus route and shall ride the bus assigned to that route unless otherwise approved by the Superintendent or designee.

Students riding buses shall live a minimum of one and one-half miles from the school they attend; however, under certain conditions the Board may make an exception to this rule (children with various disabilities, etc.). All exceptions are handled on merits of the individual case. Students who are attending schools outside of their zones of residence are denied school bus transportation.
